Morgan Cargo Ltd is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee air freight operations in Dubai. You will manage air waybill documentation, coordinate with carriers and clients, and ensure regulatory compliance across international shipments.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in logistics or freight forwarding, a bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field, and strong attention to detail to maintain accurate documentation and timely cargo movements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Familiarity with international air waybill documentation and processing.
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods Regulations and air freight compliance requirements.
• Understanding of international cargo transportation procedures and conventions.
• Experience coordinating with carriers, logistics agents or clients on shipment matters.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, verify and issue air waybills for international shipments.
• Ensure air waybill documentation complies with Montreal/Warsaw Conventions.
• Coordinate with air carriers for timely processing of shipment documentation.
• Manage air waybill amendments requested by shippers per procedures.
• Review shipment details to identify documentation errors or inconsistencies.
• Maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance throughout air waybill issuance.
• Verify dangerous goods documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with carriers and parties to address documentation issues.
• Monitor temperature conditions and storage requirements for shipments.
• Coordinate with clients, carriers and agents regarding shipment updates.
• Resolve transportation and coordination issues to minimize disruption.
