Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and hardworking Freelancer to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600USD per month, depending on experience. We are open to considering applicants who are immigrants as well as those already living in Abu-Dhabi.

Job Responsibilities

• The primary responsibility of the Freelancer will be to provide general administrative support. This involves responding to customer inquiries, taking telephone calls, drafting emails and letters, scheduling meetings and appointments, filing documents and other administrative tasks as required. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to provide research assistance on projects or tasks assigned by senior staff members.

Qualifications and Competencies

• The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of related experience in an administrative role. They should be highly organized with excellent attention to detail and possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field is preferred but not mandatory. In addition, the successful candidate must demonstrate strong computer proficiency (Word processing, Spreadsheets etc.). Lastly, they must be able to work independently with minimum supervision while also working collaboratively with colleagues as part of a team.
