Job summary

Burson, part of WPP, is seeking a Freelance Creative Designer specializing in PowerPoint and Social Media. Youll be embedded in a dynamic environment focused on internal communications and digital design innovation.

Collaborate with HR leadership and comms teams to translate briefs into visually engaging assets and champion brand consistency across all touchpoints. Youll design Master slides, static and animated assets for LinkedIn and Instagram, rapidly creating visuals using Adobe Creative

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint including template building and data visualization.
• Ability to translate briefs into on-brand visuals for internal comms.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for LinkedIn, Instagram and other social platforms.
• Experience upholding and evolving brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Build custom PowerPoint templates and master slides for internal communications.
• Design static and animated assets optimized for social channels.
• Create visuals rapidly using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma.
• Develop internal communications materials: newsletters, decks, infographics.
• Apply brand guidelines across all deliverables.
