Job summary

Burson, part of WPP, is seeking a Freelance Creative Designer specializing in PowerPoint and Social Media. Youll be embedded in a dynamic environment focused on internal communications and digital design innovation.

Collaborate with HR leadership and comms teams to translate briefs into visually engaging assets and champion brand consistency across all touchpoints. Youll design Master slides, static and animated assets for LinkedIn and Instagram, rapidly creating visuals using Adobe Creative

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint including template building and data visualization.
• Ability to translate briefs into on-brand visuals for internal comms.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for LinkedIn, Instagram and other social platforms.
• Experience upholding and evolving brand identity.

Responsibilities

Burson is seeking a Freelance Creative Designer specializing in PowerPoint and Social Media. Youll be embedded in a dynamic environment focused on internal communications and digital design innovation. Collaborate with HR leadership and comms teams to translate briefs into visually engaging assets and champion brand consistency across all touchpoints.

What youll do:

• Build custom PowerPoint templates master slides and advanced presentations transforming dense information into clean engaging on-brand visuals
• Design static and animated assets optimized for LinkedIn Instagram and other social channels leveraging platform specs and engagement best practices
• Rapidly create visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite Canva Figma and similar tools
• Develop internal communications materials: newsletters town hall decks infographics campaign visuals digital signage
• Interpret and rigorously apply brand guidelines across all deliverables
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate non-design briefs into clear effective visual solutions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting tight deadlines and shifting priorities
• Apply storytelling and layout sensibility to distill technical/complex content into compelling easy-to-digest visuals

Experience that contributes to success:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint including template building animation transitions and data visualization
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects) and familiarity with Canva/Figma
• Experience designing for LinkedIn Instagram and other social platforms
• Track record in internal comms design: newsletters decks infographics signage
• Demonstrated ability to uphold and evolve brand identity
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to juggle concurrent projects under tight deadlines
• Strong eye for typography layout color and visual hierarchy
