Job summary

Badami Holding Group in Dubai is seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The role focuses on developing visually compelling designs that strengthen brand identity and support marketing initiatives across digital and print platforms.

You will concept and produce marketing collateral, social graphics, website banners, presentations, and branding materials, while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design materials for digital and print platforms, including marketing collaterals, advertisements, brochures, flyers, presentations, and branding materials.
• Develop engaging graphics for social media, website banners, emails, and promotional materials.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager and teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality creative solutions.
• Create and edit multimedia content such as basic motion graphics and short promotional videos when required.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that strengthen brand identity and support marketing initiatives across digital and print platforms. This role requires strong design expertise, creativity, and the ability to translate concepts into impactful visual assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design creative visual materials for digital and print platforms, including marketing collaterals, advertisements, brochures, flyers, presentations, and branding materials. Develop not only strong visual concepts but also creative taglines, key messages, and communication ideas that effectively support the brand and campaign objectives.
• Develop engaging graphics for social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality creative solutions.
• Create and edit multimedia content such as basic motion graphics, short promotional videos, and visual presentations when required.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative output.
• Prepare final, print-ready artwork files in the required formats (PDF, TIFF, etc.) as well as digital publishing materials, ensuring accuracy, correct spelling and punctuation, and overall quality control.
