Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank FAB seeks a Senior Officer OFM Training Awareness & Capability Building to lead awareness, communications, and capability building across Operational Fraud and Model Risk Management. The role supports implementation of OFM frameworks, standards and risk culture initiatives, developing annual awareness plans and engaging staff, customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or related discipline.
• 2 years of relevant experience in banking.
• Knowledge of bank products, channels and services.
• Working knowledge of operational risk in banking.
• Strong administrative, multitasking and organizational skills.
• Experience in crafting and delivering communications and training material.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify fraud trends with SMEs to create relevant awareness content.
• Lead fraud awareness communications for staff, customers, vendors.
• Craft and deliver targeted operational risk awareness content.
• Ensure awareness material is concise and clear.
• Recommend new channels to reach the audience.
• Support bank employee training programs and draft material.
• Coordinate with external parties for fraud trainings.
• Prepare and deliver awareness campaigns for International Fraud Awareness Week.
• Support OFM TAC and wider OFM team activities.
• Work within Group policies and governance frameworks.
