First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a Fraud Risk Leader to drive risk management across Personal, Business, and Private Banking. You will embed the Group Fraud Risk Framework, identify and assess fraud risks, and oversee remediation, losses, and data reporting.

The role collaborates with Fraud Operations and Risk teams to shape detection rules and responses, ensuring proactive risk culture with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Law, Risk Management, or related field.
CFE certification preferred.
5+ years in Fraud Risk Management within banking/financial services.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience in First Line or Second Line Fraud Risk functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for fraud trends and control gaps.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and embedding of the Fraud Risk Management Framework across Personal, Business, and Private Banking.
Own fraud risk identification, assessment, control design, testing, monitoring, and remediation.
Monitor fraud risk indicators and analyze threats; implement corrective actions.
Partner with Fraud Operations and Risk teams on detection rules and models.
Ensure timely reporting and analysis of fraud incidents, losses, recoveries, and events.
Support investigations by facilitating evidence collection and remediation of gaps.
Conduct risk assessments for new products, services, channels, campaigns, and initiatives.
Drive fraud awareness, governance reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
