Mastercard Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Analyst, Franchise Innovation, based in Dubai, to support the development and execution of Franchise-enabled solutions. You will engage with customers, analyze transaction data and help onboard new participants into the Mastercard network.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, market intelligence and adherence to Mastercard Standards, with opportunities to influence growth across the EEMEA region.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in payments, banking, fintech, customer onboarding or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Promote Franchise solutions with customers across the EEMEA region.
• Assist in customer engagements by presenting Franchise programs, standards and value propositions.
• Develop internal and customer-facing presentations, reports and supporting materials.
• Analyze transaction data to identify trends, opportunities, risks and areas requiring attention.
• Support onboarding and enablement of new Service Providers and other ecosystem participants.
• Assist in managing Franchise Innovation initiatives, ensuring milestones and deliverables are tracked effectively.
• Support process improvements, automation initiatives and operational excellence projects.
