Job summary

Mastercard in Dubai seeks an Analyst, Franchise Innovation to support development and execution of Franchise-enabled solutions across the EEMEA region. You will work with customers to promote programs, analyze data and prepare materials that drive adoption and growth within the Mastercard network.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree in Payments or related field, strong analytical skills and fluency in English.

Qualifications

Experience in payments, banking, fintech, onboarding or related fields.
Knowledge of card payments, merchant acquiring or payment networks.
Experience with data analysis, reporting and business insights.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Promote Mastercard Franchise solutions with customers across the EEMEA region.
Assist in customer engagements by presenting Franchise programs, standards and value propositions.
Develop internal and customer-facing presentations, reports and supporting materials.
Analyze transaction data to identify trends, opportunities, risks and areas requiring attention.
Support onboarding and enablement of new Service Providers and other ecosystem participants.
Assist in managing Franchise Innovation initiatives, ensuring milestones and deliverables are tracked effectively.
Support process improvements, automation initiatives and operational excellence projects.
