Job summary

Lobo Management's client in Dubai is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Alternative Investments team. You will evaluate opportunities across Private Equity, Infrastructure and Real Estate, and contribute to due diligence and portfolio monitoring.

The role combines building financial models, preparing investment proposals, and supporting the Investment Committee with insights. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience within alternative investments.
• Strong financial modelling, investment analysis and analytical skills.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English is a strong preference.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed due diligence on new investment opportunities, funds and fund managers.
• Analyse investment strategies, structures, track records, performance and key risks.
• Build financial models and conduct investment analysis to support investment decisions.
• Prepare high-quality investment proposals and recommendations for senior management and Investment Committee review.
• Coordinate with external fund managers and counterparties throughout the due diligence process.
• Monitor existing investments, including performance, returns, exposures, risk and attribution.
• Track capital calls, investment deployments and disbursements.
• Prepare regular portfolio reports and updates for senior management, Investment Committee and Board.
• Conduct market research across global alternative investment markets and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Support the wider investment team with investment strategy, portfolio management and ad hoc analysis.

Our client, a prominent investment organisation based in Dubai, is seeking to hire a Senior Analyst to join its Alternative Investments team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an investment professional to gain exposure to a global portfolio of alternative investments across Private Equity, Infrastructure and Real Estate. • Understanding of Private Equity, Infrastructure and/or Real Estate investments.
• Strong financial modelling, investment analysis and analytical skills.
• Ability to evaluate investment performance, risks and portfolio characteristics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear investment recommendations.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple investment workstreams.
