Robinson & Co (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Head of FP&A and Pricing to lead consolidation, reporting, and pricing strategies within the Financial Services division in Dubai.

The role requires deep financial acumen with at least 12 years of experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership position, and proficiency in SAP and SAC. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for driving cross-functional initiatives and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities across the Financial Services division including budgets and forecasts.
• Review monthly FRM deck and key variances; ensure consolidated reporting.
• Develop consolidation processes to ensure accuracy in financial reporting with Group Finance.
• Review tender requirements and pricing simulations; standardize pricing calculators.
• Govern pricing activities including margin control and pricing policies.
• Oversee system governance with a DoA perspective; mentor junior staff.
