Job Title: Head of FP&A Location: Dubai

We are supporting a leading UAE bank with the appointment of a Head of FP&A, responsible for leading financial planning, performance management and strategic finance partnering across a major banking business. This is a senior leadership position working closely with the business leadership team, providing financial insight and commercial advice to support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead annual and long-term financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Own monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance reviews
• Provide strategic financial advice and challenge to senior business leaders
• Analyse revenue, costs, profitability and performance against plan

We are looking for a senior FP&A / Finance Business Partnering leader with approximately 15+ years' experience, ideally gained within a banking environment. Strong experience partnering with senior business stakeholders and translating financial performance into commercial recommendations will be essential.
