Euclid Protocol is hiring a Founder's Associate based in Dubai to work directly with the CEO. You will own the performance system, track KPIs, and manage commitments across deals, hires, and partnerships. Build dashboards, incentives, and a scalable operating cadence for a fast-growing crypto fintech team.

You'll design processes, chase follow-through, and turn data into actionable insights. This is a high-ownership role with potential to grow into Head of Performance as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in operations, strategy, chief-of-staff or founder’s-office at a startup, scale-up, or top consultancy/ bank.
• Fluent in advanced spreadsheets; SQL or BI tool a plus.
• Natural process builder who turns chaos into a simple system used by people.

About Euclid

Euclid is a universal financial engine that uses distributed, decentralized technology to create markets across 50+ chains and let trading happen cross-chain, without the need to bridge or use solvers.

The role

You'll sit next to the CEO and make sure that what we commit to actually gets done. You'll own the company's performance system: who is doing what, against which goal, by when, and whether it's working. You'll chase follow-ups, close loops, and push things forward relentlessly, but with charm. You'll be the person who always knows where every deal, hire, partner and KPI stands.

This role is separate from HR and recruiting. It reports straight to the CEO, and it's built for a generalist who thinks in processes and data.

What you'll do

Run the operating cadence

• Run weekly team KPI check-ins, monthly business reviews and quarterly goal setting, and prepare the CEO's agenda and pre-reads for each.
• Track every commitment made in leadership, partner and investor meetings, then chase owners until each one is done or deliberately dropped.
• Keep a single live tracker of company priorities, partnerships, exchange and chain integrations, and hiring, so the CEO never has to ask "where are we on this?"

Build and run the performance system

• Set up our talent framework and run review cycles: kick off reviews, chase managers, gather feedback, analyse the results and present a clear report.
• Build the tools, templates and dashboards that make all of this lightweight for a small, fast team.

Be quality control for KPIs

• Make sure every team sets KPIs, and check that each one is measurable, ambitious and actually tied to our goals.
• Monitor whether teams hit their KPIs, flag slippage early, and bring each problem to the CEO together with a proposed fix.

Make incentives matter

• Keep salary and token/equity benchmarks for crypto and fintech roles current.
• Help design bonus, token-grant, promotion and raise policies, and run the numbers behind them.

Track the industry

• Keep a running view of competitors, exchanges, market makers, funds and key people: who's moving, raising, launching or hiring.
• Turn that into a short weekly brief for the CEO, with the meetings and intros we should go after.
• Manage the CEO's pipeline of people: investors, partners and future hires, plus event lead lists and follow-ups after conferences.

Special projects

• Take whatever the CEO hands you, such as an event, a partner launch, a board deck or a new market. Scope it, run it and close it out.
• You'll work directly with the CEO and see how every part of the company runs.
• You'll be the first person in this role, so you'll build the system from scratch, and it can grow into Head of Performance or Chief of Staff as we scale.
• It's high ownership, with real impact from day one.

Requirements

• About 2 to 4 years in operations, strategy, chief-of-staff or founder's-office work at a startup or scale-up, or in a top consulting firm or investment bank.
• Strong analytical skills. You're fluent in advanced spreadsheets, and SQL or a BI tool is a plus.
• A natural process builder who turns chaos into a simple system that people actually use.
• Relentless follow-through. You're comfortable chasing senior people and holding them to their word, without losing goodwill.
• Clear, concise writing, and the ability to boil a messy situation down to a one-page update.
• Comfort with ambiguity, a fast pace and a wide remit, plus high discretion with confidential information.

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, DeFi, trading or fintech, and an understanding of exchanges, liquidity and market structure.
• A network across the Dubai and wider Middle East crypto and finance scene.
• Hands-on experience with Notion, Linear, HubSpot or Attio, or with no-code automation tools.
