Euclid Protocol, based in Dubai, seeks a Founder’s Associate for Performance & Operations to own the company’s performance system and KPI tracking. You will report directly to the CEO, coordinating commitments across leadership, partnerships, and hiring, while driving accountability with data-driven processes.

You will establish dashboards, cadence, and incentives, building a scalable operating framework from day one to support rapid growth in a crypto/fintech environment.

Formación

• 2–4 years in operations, strategy, or founder's office in startups or consulting.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven mindset.
• Fluent in advanced spreadsheets; SQL or BI tool experience is a plus.
• Process-minded with excellent follow-through and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Run the operating cadence: weekly KPI check-ins, monthly reviews, quarterly goals.
• Own the performance system: define KPIs, track commitments, report to CEO.
• Build dashboards and templates to simplify coordination for a small team.
• Monitor KPI achievement, flag slippage, propose fixes with CEO.
• Manage incentives: salary benchmarks, token equity policies, and raises.
• Track competitors, market moves, and industry briefs for leadership.
• Handle special projects from the CEO and close them out.
