Euclid Protocol is hiring a Founder's Associate based in Dubai to work directly with the CEO. You will own the performance system, track KPIs, and manage commitments across deals, hires, and partnerships. Build dashboards, incentives, and a scalable operating cadence for a fast-growing crypto fintech team.

You'll design processes, chase follow-through, and turn data into actionable insights. This is a high-ownership role with potential to grow into Head of Performance as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in operations, strategy, chief-of-staff or founder’s-office at a startup, scale-up, or top consultancy/ bank.
• Fluent in advanced spreadsheets; SQL or BI tool a plus.
• Natural process builder who turns chaos into a simple system used by people.

Responsibilities

• Run the operating cadence: weekly KPI check-ins, monthly reviews, quarterly goals, CEO prep.
• Track commitments from leadership, partners and investors; chase owners to completion.
• Maintain a live tracker of priorities, partnerships, hiring, and integrations.
• Set up talent framework; run reviews; gather feedback; present clear reports.
• Build dashboards and templates to keep ops lightweight for a small team.
• Ensure KPIs are measurable, ambitious and tied to goals; flag slippage.
