Murphy, a Dubai-based company, is building an AI platform for debt collection used by leading banks and utilities. We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join the team in Dubai, working closely with Product, Engineering, Deployment and Revenue to deliver deployments across the Middle East and Arabic-speaking markets.

You will run discovery sessions with customers, solve complex problems, and translate business needs into technical configurations that deliver measurable value in

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Arabic required.
• Background in Data Science or Data Analysis.
• Strong technical foundations and ability to write production-quality code.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technically robust client configurations.
• Optimize agent performance through structured iteration.
• Act as the technical counterpart to clients.
• Provide structured product feedback and collaborate with Product/Engineering to improve the platform.
• Design scalable, reusable solutions across clients.
