Job summary

Showcify, Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to act as the technical bridge between customers and our product engineering teams, ensuring successful deployment, integration, and adoption of AI-powered platforms.

This highly customer-facing role rewards engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, building trusted client relationships, and delivering real-world technical outcomes across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments. Strong Python and API skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software/AI or related discipline.
• 4+ years in Forward Deployed Eng / Solutions Eng / Tech Consulting roles.
• Strong Python development and API integration experience.
• Experience with cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments.

Responsibilities

• Understand enterprise customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, deploy, configure, and support platforms across cloud, hybrid, and on‑premise environments.
• Build proof of concepts, pilots, and custom integrations.
• Lead customer engagements, workshops, demos, and deployments.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, leadership to influence product development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cross-layer technical challenges.

The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, deploy, configure, and support complex software platforms across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
• Build proof of concepts, pilot projects, and custom integrations to address customer needs.
• Act as the technical lead during customer engagements, workshops, demonstrations, and deployments.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to influence product development based on customer feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across application, infrastructure, data, and integration layers.
• Develop scripts, APIs, automation tools, and custom functionality to support customer workflows.
• Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support ongoing platform optimization, adoption, and customer success initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

• Strong software development experience with Python and modern development frameworks.
