Job summary

Murphy AI in Dubai is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer for the mid-market team. You will run several implementations in parallel, guiding a customer from kickoff to live agent in about four weeks and configuring agents from templates to fit each client.

After go-live, you track performance, explain results to customers, and tune agents and contact strategies. You’ll improve templates and tooling to boost efficiency across the team in UAE and the Middle East.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in a technical role: software engineering, solutions engineering, implementation, or technical consulting.
• Proficient with Python and/or TypeScript and SQL, and experience with APIs.
• Love structured, repeatable work and automation.
• Able to manage several projects at once and keep them on schedule.
• You communicate clearly with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple mid-market implementations in parallel, from kickoff to go-live on a fixed timeline.
• Configure and adapt agents from segment templates to each customer’s policies and tone.
• Set up when we reach debtors: call windows, retry and frequency rules within country regulations.
• Configure channel mix (voice, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp) and hand-offs to humans.
• Test agents with simulations, fix issues, and analyze performance with SQL and dashboards.
