Job summary

Murphy AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in Dubai to lead enterprise AI agent builds for banks in the UAE and wider Middle East. You will scope with client leads, design the agent, build and test it, and launch on their systems, owning the agent's performance after launch.

You will write code and SQL, work with APIs and build end-to-end integrations while shaping deployment patterns, dashboards and tests. Native Arabic and fluent English are expected in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as forward deployed engineering or solutions engineering.
• Code and SQL proficiency, experience with APIs and end-to-end integrations.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs: prompting, evals, guardrails, harnesses, tool use.
• Delivered production systems for enterprise customers requiring structured testing and iteration.
• Able to explain technical decisions to senior stakeholders and translate requirements into a delivery plan.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you shape the solution as you build it.
• Native-level Arabic and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI agent builds from POC to production launch.
• Define operating procedures and agent behavior with customer input.
• Design and engineer prompts and agent logic for multilingual, multi-channel conversations.
• Configure deployment parameters (call windows, retry rules, channel mix) per country regulations.
• Build evaluation harnesses and regression tests against real outcomes to catch drift.
• Develop integrations with customer systems like core banking and data pipelines.
• Diagnose failures from transcripts and logs, fix or escalate as needed.
• Analyze production metrics and present improvements to customers.
