Job summary

Careers International is hiring for a reputed Civil & MEP Contracting Company in the UAE for its ongoing building and infrastructure projects.

Role requires 5+ years of HVAC works experience in building construction, ability to read drawings, and strong team leadership. GCC experience preferred; immediate joining is expected. Company-provided accommodation, transportation, visa and medical insurance are included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hvac works in building construction.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Refrigeration & AC (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise technicians in installation of FCUs, AHUs, chilled water piping, ducting and insulation works
• Allocate daily work and manpower as instructed by the site engineer/supervisor
• Read and follow approved shop drawings and specifications
• Ensure correct installation, workmanship quality and readiness for inspection
• Track material usage and raise requirements in advance
• Report daily progress and site issues to the site engineer
• Ensure team follows safety rules, PPE and HSE procedures

• Allocate daily work and manpower as instructed by the site engineer/supervisor

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Refrigeration & AC (preferred)
