Job summary

Careers International is hiring an experienced HVAC Foreman for building projects in Dubai. You will lead on-site teams, review shop drawings, and ensure safe, high-quality installation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in A/C installation, GCC experience preferred, and immediate availability. Company-provided accommodation and transport are offered.

You will report to the site engineer, coordinate with supervisors, and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and safety standards.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in A/C works in building construction, including foreman duties.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Good team handling skills.
• Valid passport (minimum 2 years validity).
• Ready to join immediately.
• Company-provided accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise chargehands and technicians in installation of split, ducted and VRF air-conditioning units, copper piping and drain lines
• Allocate daily work and manpower as instructed by the site engineer/supervisor
• Read and follow approved shop drawings and specifications
• Ensure correct installation, workmanship quality and readiness for inspection
• Track material usage and raise requirements in advanceReport daily progress and site issues to the site engineer
• Ensure team follows safety rules, PPE and HSE procedures
