Job summary

Careers International in Dubai seeks a skilled Plumbing Foreman to lead a team on major building and infrastructure projects. You will supervise chargehands and technicians, read shop drawings, ensure correct installation, and maintain quality and safety on site.

Applicants should have 5+ years of plumbing experience in building construction, GCC experience preferred, and the ability to read drawings. Valid passport and immediate joining readiness are required.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Plumbing (preferred).
• 5+ years of plumbing experience in building construction, including Foreman; GCC experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Good team handling skills.
• Valid passport (minimum 2 years validity).
• Ready to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise chargehands and technicians in water supply, drainage and sanitary piping, fixtures and pump connections
• Allocate daily work and manpower as instructed by the site engineer/supervisor
• Read and follow approved shop drawings and specifications
• Ensure correct installation, workmanship quality and readiness for inspection

• Report daily progress and site issues to the site engineer
• Ensure team follows safety rules, PPE and HSE procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise chargehands and technicians in water supply, drainage and sanitary piping, fixtures and pump connections
• Allocate daily work and manpower as instructed by the site engineer/supervisor
• Read and follow approved shop drawings and specifications
• Ensure correct installation, workmanship quality and readiness for inspection
• Track material usage and raise requirements in advance
• Report daily progress and site issues to the site engineer
