Job summary

Careers International in Dubai is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead duct fabrication teams on civil & MEP projects. You will supervise technicians, ensure installation quality, and verify readiness for inspections by reading shop drawings and coordinating with the site team.

The role requires 5+ years in ducting for building construction, GCC experience preferred, and immediate availability. Company accommodations, transport, visa and medical insurance are provided, along with annual leave

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Sheet Metal preferred.
• 5+ years of ducting experience in building construction with foreman responsibilities.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Careers International is hiring for a reputed Civil & MEP Contracting Company in the UAE for its ongoing building and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise chargehands and technicians in GI duct fabrication and installation, duct supports, dampers, grilles and diffusers
• Allocate daily work and manpower as instructed by the site engineer/supervisor
• Read and follow approved shop drawings and specifications

Requirements
