Job summary

Careers International in Dubai is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead duct fabrication teams on civil & MEP projects. You will supervise technicians, ensure installation quality, and verify readiness for inspections by reading shop drawings and coordinating with the site team.

The role requires 5+ years in ducting for building construction, GCC experience preferred, and immediate availability. Company accommodations, transport, visa and medical insurance are provided, along with annual leave

Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Sheet Metal preferred.
5+ years of ducting experience in building construction with foreman responsibilities.
Ability to read and understand drawings.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise chargehands and technicians in GI duct fabrication, installation, duct supports, dampers, grilles and diffusers.
Allocate daily work and manpower as instructed by the site engineer/supervisor.
Read and follow approved shop drawings and specifications.
Ensure correct installation, workmanship quality and readiness for inspection.
Track material usage and raise requirements in advance.
Report daily progress and site issues to the site engineer.
Ensure team follows safety rules, PPE and HSE procedures.
