What You'll Do

• Our Food & Beverage Ultimate Leaders will embark on a structured leadership development journey lasting 12 months, with the possibility of extending up to 18 months. Throughout the program, participants will rotate across various areas of the Food & Beverage division in placements ranging from 3 to 6 months. This immersive experience will provide a holistic understanding of luxury hospitality operations and leadership.
• Throughout the program, you will be encouraged to think and act like a future leader, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and ownership while contributing to the success of your assigned departments
• During your journey, you will be supported by a dedicated mentor who will provide guidance, coaching, and career development support as you begin your leadership career with The Lana, Dorchester Collection.
• You will participate in a comprehensive leadership development curriculum, covering topics such as leadership styles, emotional intelligence, feedback, coaching, communication, team engagement, and decision-making. Connect and learn directly from our Senior Leadership Team and Executive Committee members through mentorship, networking opportunities, and leadership exposure designed to help you become a legendary leader.
• Partner closely with our Learning & Development team through regular one-to-one sessions, workshops, and tailored development plans to strengthen your leadership capabilities and business acumen.
• Take responsibility for identifying opportunities to enhance operational excellence, improve processes and procedures, and contribute ideas that drive innovation within your designated areas.
• Lead and contribute to projects focused on improving both the guest experience and employee experience, bringing creative solutions that support our culture of excellence. Work on business-critical and development projects, including both personal leadership projects and operational improvement initiatives, presenting recommendations and measurable outcomes to key stakeholders.
• Develop cross-functional relationships and collaborate with colleagues across departments to gain a broader understanding of luxury hotel operations and build strong leadership networks.
