The Lana Dubai Dorchester Collection in United Arab Emirates is launching the Ultimate Leaders Programme (ULP) for aspiring food & beverage leaders. This fixed-term trainee role spans 12 to 18 months with multi-area rotations, mentorship, and a comprehensive leadership curriculum.

You will develop technical and behavioral skills to become a well-rounded hospitality leader, with potential for future permanent opportunities based on performance.

• Collaborate with Learning & Development to strengthen leadership capabilities and business acumen.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational excellence and guest/employee experiences.
• Contribute to projects driving innovation and process improvements.
• Develop cross-functional relationships across departments to build leadership networks.
