Job summary

Banyan Tree Dubai invites enthusiastic hospitality students to join our Food & Beverage team as Service Interns. This luxury hotel internship offers hands-on experience in delivering personalized dining experiences and learning from seasoned professionals.

You will gain exposure to daily restaurant operations, service standards, and guest interactions, while developing your confidence and skills in a premium setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and food & beverage service.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for teamwork.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Russian, French or German is a plus.
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.

We are looking for enthusiastic & passionate Food & Beverage Service Interns to join our team at Banyan Tree Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality students looking to gain hands‑on experience in a luxury hotel environment, develop their service skills & discover what it takes to create exceptional guest experiences.

Working alongside our experienced Food & Beverage team, you will gain valuable exposure to daily restaurant operations while learning the art of personalised luxury service.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcome guests warmly & assist in delivering memorable dining experiences.

Support the team with daily restaurant operations, including preparation, setup & service.

Learn & apply luxury hospitality service standards.

Assist with guest requests while maintaining a professional & attentive approach.

Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Food & Beverage department.

Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field.
