Qualifications

• Experience coordinating food service teams, suppliers and events.
• Knowledge of F&B operations, menus and hospitality standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep accurate records.
• Current food safety certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Proficient in MS Office or hospitality systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily food and beverage activities to ensure smooth service.
• Plan and deliver menus, catering and events.
• Monitor service standards, presentation and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house workflows.
• Ensure areas are stocked, prepared and maintained during service.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and feedback.
• Liaise with chefs, waiting staff, clients and suppliers.
• Support induction, training and development of staff where required.
• Maintain records of stock usage and supplier information.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.
