The role requires leadership of the F&B team, collaboration with the Executive Chef, planning formal dinners and VIP events, and upholding the highest standards of service, discretion, and privacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of Food & Beverage experience, including leadership role within a private estate or luxury residence.
• Strong knowledge of formal dining etiquette, international service styles, and VIP hospitality standards.
• Experience managing high-profile events and private functions.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations across the estate, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation.
• Oversee Food & Beverage Service, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure meals, refreshments, and beverage services are delivered discreetly and efficiently per household protocols.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef and culinary team for seamless meal service and guest dining experiences.
• Plan and oversee formal dinners, family gatherings, VIP visits, and special events.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation of service areas and dining spaces.
• Manage departmental staffing, rosters, and resource planning for operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets and monitor operating expenses while maintaining premium service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Train and develop the team in luxury service etiquette, formal dining, and VIP hospitality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all dining and beverage services across the estate, ensuring exceptional service standards for the principals, family members, and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations across the estate, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation.
• Oversee Food & Beverage Service, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure all meals, refreshments, and beverage services are delivered discreetly, efficiently, and in accordance with the principals' preferences and household protocols.
• Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure seamless meal service, menu planning, and guest dining experiences.
• Plan and oversee formal dinners, family gatherings, VIP visits, cultural celebrations, and special events.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure service areas, pantries, dining rooms, bars, and back-of-house areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Manage departmental staffing, duty rosters, and resource planning to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage departmental budgets and monitor operating expenses while maintaining premium service standards.

Requirements
