Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional to oversee the Free of Charge (FOC) Policy Process and supervise distributor reporting and data integrity. The role requires monitoring stock and sales data, ensuring timely proof of delivery, and collaborating with account managers to maintain alignment with regulatory and company standards.

The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years in FMCG/Healthcare sectors, strong Excel skills, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities under

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in FMCG/Consumer Healthcare/Pharma with regional exposure.
• Experience with distribution models is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FOC Policy Process from application to execution and reconciliation.
• Monitor distributors’ sales and stock reports in defined format.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to validate figures for accuracy.
• Ensure proof of delivery is submitted timely for each transaction.
• Maintain alignment and compliance with distributors and commercial team.
