Job summary

GMG is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a team of sales executives across FMCG, driving sales goals and strengthening relationships with key clients and distributors in the Dubai market.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, deep understanding of the FMCG landscape, and proven ability to coach a team, develop customer business plans, and execute effective sales strategies to outperform competition.

Qualifications

• Experience leading FMCG sales teams in a competitive market.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor the sales team to enhance selling skills.
• Organize and staff the team with the right talent and resources to meet targets.
• Develop and execute customer business plans to grow market share and in-store fundamentals.
• Negotiate and manage customer trading terms including payment, pricing and funding.
• Set Route-to-Market strategy and monitor daily store visits for training and issue resolution.
• Oversee trade receivables and ensure adherence to credit terms and SOPs.
