Job summary

AQAM General Trading LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead daily retail operations across our FMCG/Nutrition segments. You will supervise store teams, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure excellent customer service in line with company standards.

Requirements include 5-7 years in retail/FMCG, UAE Store Manager experience with minimum 2 years in the UAE, and strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant retail/FMCG experience.
• FMCG Nutrition background mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Store Manager in the UAE.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• UAE retail market experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day retail store operations and ensure smooth business performance.
• Lead supervise and develop store teams to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Monitor sales inventory stock replenishment and product availability.
• Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.
• Manage store KPIs budgets and operational costs.
• Coordinate with warehouse sales and supply chain teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies health & safety and merchandising standards.
• Analyze store performance and implement improvement initiatives.
