Qualifications

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end store operations including staffing, scheduling, receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and expenses.
Plan staffing levels and shift schedules based on order volumes and requirements.
Supervise employees and ensure resources are deployed effectively across shifts.
Monitor inventory levels and issue replenishment orders according to demand.
Oversee inbound receiving and outbound fulfillment with accurate checks.
Maintain stock accuracy, hygiene, safety, and service standards.
