Job summary

Mezzan Holding in Dubai is seeking a Merchandiser to execute in-store merchandising, maintain product availability, and ensure compliance with planograms across outlets. This user-friendly role emphasizes stock replenishment, price integrity, and high visual standards.

You will work on-site across multiple outlets, collaborating with the Team Leader and Sales to prioritize key products, implement promotions, and maintain shelf hygiene.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience (FMCG preferred).
• High school certificate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of merchandising standards and retail operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic product and stock management understanding.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets.
• Physical ability to handle product lifting and frequent movement.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily merchandising plans and ensure compliance with display standards.
• Support promotions, price changes, and POSM across outlets.
• Coordinate with Team Leader and Sales to prioritize key products and displays.
• Ensure stock levels on shelves and in back-store areas; minimize out-of-stock situations.
• Maintain shelf displays, pricing labels, and brand visibility.
• Follow planograms and ensure FIFO and report near-expiry/damaged products.
• Place and maintain promotional stands, gondolas, and POS materials.
• Conduct regular shelf hygiene checks and organized layouts.
• Build good relationships with store staff and supervisors.
• Monitor competitor activities and share field insights with Team Leader.
• Complete daily merchandising reports with stock updates and store feedback.
• Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and safety requirements.
