Job summary

Naturelle LLC in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and breakdown maintenance across production lines and utilities. You will troubleshoot electrical faults, inspect panels, motors, drives, and field instruments, and replace defective components including VFDs and sensors.

Experience with high-speed packaging lines, GMP environments, and an UAE Wireman license is preferred. Join a team focused on reliability, energy saving, and TPM initiatives.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• UAE Wireman License (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of industrial automation.
• Experience 3–7 years in FMCG, Food, Pharma, Cosmetics or Beverage manufacturing.
• Experience on high-speed packaging lines is mandatory.
• Experience in GMP manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of production and utility equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and restore equipment within targeted downtime.
• Perform routine inspection of electrical panels, motors, drives and field instruments.
• Replace defective electrical components including contactors, relays, sensors, switches, MCBs, MCCBs, VFDs and power supplies.
• Conduct insulation resistance testing and electrical safety checks.
• Assist in PLC and HMI fault diagnosis; troubleshoot field I/O devices.
• Replace sensors, encoders, solenoid valves and communication cables; support VFD and servo drive maintenance.
• Follow LOTO procedures; ensure GMP and housekeeping standards.
• Record breakdown history in CMMS SAP; maintain spare parts consumption records.
• Prepare shift handover reports; participate in TPM initiatives.
