Job summary

Role Overview

Masafi is seeking experienced Van Salesmen to join its Traditional Trade Sales Team. The role involves managing assigned sales routes, visiting traditional trade customers, promoting products, taking orders, delivering goods, collecting payments, and achieving sales targets.

Candidates with hands-on FMCG distribution experience and proven ability to drive a 3-ton truck will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the company’s 3-ton sales vehicle and manage assigned routes
• Visit traditional trade customers to generate sales and develop business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
• Take orders, deliver products, and collect payments on time
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Ensure products are properly displayed and available at customer outlets
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends in assigned territories
• Maintain accurate sales, delivery, and route records

Requirements

• Previous Van Sales, FMCG Sales, or Traditional Trade experience
• Valid UAE driving licence for operating a 3-ton truck
• Proven experience driving and handling a 3-ton vehicle
• Good understanding of the UAE market and local sales routes
• Strong communication and customer-relationship management skills
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently
• FMCG distribution experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of the UAE traditional trade market, FMCG sales and distribution, customer relationship management, and route planning
