Job summary

Transguard Group is seeking a highly skilled Manager - Solutions to lead the development and presentation of technical and commercial solutions for complex tenders within our Facilities Management division at the Dubai HQ in DAFZA.

You will assess scope, conduct site visits, draft responses to RFPs/RFTs, and present tailored proposals to customers while building strong relationships and guiding mobilizations after contract awards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with mechanical or electrical focus.
• CFM certification is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role and 7+ years in FM industry.
• Strong knowledge of FM processes, MEP systems, maintenance and cleaning standards, and local regulations.
• Proven ability to develop technical and commercial tender solutions.
• Excellent analytical and financial skills.
• Soft skills: customer service orientation, critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration, and project management.
• Hard skills: reporting, risk analysis, and SLA/KPI understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with quality and financial goals.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify cost saving opportunities and maximise profitability.
• Benchmark against industry standards to ensure competitive pricing.
• Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and project requirements.
• Identify and propose value-added services to enhance value proposition.
• Draft comprehensive responses to RFPs that meet customer requirements.
• Present technical solutions and proposals addressing customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Lead mobilisations post contract award.
