Job summary

MySyara in Dubai is seeking a Floor Supervisor to run the daily workshop bay, assign jobs to mechanics and technicians, and monitor progress against promised delivery times, stepping in where needed.

You will coordinate with the parts team, perform final quality checks before handover, enforce safety standards, and support the console/ops team by communicating delays and escalate issues as required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in automotive workshop, preferably in a lead/supervisory role.
• Valid 4-wheeler driving license.
• Strong understanding of general vehicle servicing and repair workflows.
• Good communication and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily jobs across mechanics, electricians and technicians based on bay capacity and priority.
• Track every vehicle's status from check-in to delivery and flag delays before they happen.
• Do a final quality check on completed jobs before handover to the customer/valet.
• Coordinate with the parts team to make sure the right parts are on hand for scheduled jobs.
• Enforce workshop safety standards and housekeeping.
• Handle escalations from technicians and communicate delays or issues to the console/ops team.
