Job summary

MySyara in Dubai is seeking a customer-facing driver for the pickup-and-drop service. You will collect customer cars for workshop visits and return them once work is complete, and occasionally shuttle vehicles, parts, or staff between locations.

The role requires a valid UAE driving license, a clean driving record, and comfort with manual transmissions. You should be presentable and able to communicate delays via the app or phone.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving license with at least 1 year experience.
• Clean driving record and safe driving history.
• Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles, including manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and drop customer vehicles for scheduled workshop appointments, on time and with care.
• Inspect and note vehicle condition at pickup and drop-off (photos, existing damage, fuel/odometer).
• Drive safely and defensively at all times, following MySyara's standards.
• Keep customers informed of any delay via the app or a call.
• Assist with occasional inter-branch vehicle or parts movement.

• Assist with occasional inter-branch vehicle or parts movement

Requirements

• Valid 4-wheeler driving license, held for at least 1 year
• Clean driving record
• Comfortable driving a variety of vehicle makes and models, including manual transmission
• Presentable, customer-facing manner
• Prior experience as a driver/valet preferred
