Job summary

MySyara is seeking a delivery rider in Dubai to move spare parts, tools and documents between the workshop, field technicians and customers. You will ride a 2-wheeler, follow routes, and use the MySyara rider app to confirm each pickup and delivery with photos where required.

The role requires a valid 2-wheeler license, good knowledge of Dubai roads, reliability and punctuality, plus smartphone use for the rider app. Prior delivery/riding experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Has a valid 2-wheeler driving license.
• Knows Dubai roads and areas well.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable riding throughout the day.
• Capable of using a rider app on a smartphone.
• Delivery/riding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver spare parts, tools and documents between workshop and field technicians.
• Support doorstep technicians needing urgent parts mid-job.
• Confirm every pickup/delivery in the MySyara app with timestamps and photos.
• Maintain the assigned 2-wheeler and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow assigned routes and traffic/safety rules at all times.

Riders keep MySyara's doorstep operations moving — ferrying spare parts, tools, documents and small deliveries between the workshop, technicians in the field and customers, across Dubai on a company 2-wheeler.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver spare parts, tools and documents between the workshop and field technicians
• Support doorstep technicians who need an urgent part or replacement item mid-job
• Confirm every pickup/delivery in the MySyara app with timestamps and photos where required
• Maintain the assigned 2-wheeler and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Follow assigned routes and traffic/safety rules at all times
