Job summary

MySyara in Dubai seeks a Level 1 Mechanic to perform routine servicing such as oil and filter changes, brake pad replacements, and fluid top-ups. You will support senior mechanics on more complex repairs and contribute to a clean, organized workshop environment.

The role emphasizes following service checklists, accurately logging completed work, and building hands-on skills for growth within the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical training or certification.
• 1+ years of experience in vehicle servicing/repair, or a solid training background.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior mechanics.
• Comfortable with hand tools and basic workshop equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing: oil/filter changes, brake pads, oil top-ups, fluid checks.
• Assist Level 2 mechanics on more complex repair jobs.
• Keep the work bay, tools and lift area clean and organized.
• Follow MySyara's service checklist for every job.
• Log completed work accurately in the job card/app.
