Job summary

RIKAS Hospitality Group seeks an experienced Floor Manager to supervise restaurant service and ensure a memorable guest experience. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager, leading the front-of-house team during service, coordinating sections, and upholding service standards across daily operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, premium dining environment, with a focus on guest satisfaction, team development and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Head Waiter or equivalent supervisory position.
• Experience in premium restaurants, upscale dining or luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards and front-of-house operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership and guest relations skills.
• Fluent English required; French, Italian or other European languages are an advantage.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restaurant floor before, during and after service.
• Coordinate sections, table allocations and team assignments.
• Ensure the restaurant is properly prepared for service, including table settings, cleanliness, mise en place and team readiness.
• Monitor service pace, table turnover and communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Ensure service sequences and operating procedures are followed consistently.
• Resolve operational issues quickly to minimise disruption to guests.
