Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a valid Flight Instructor Rating and have a minimum of 1,500 flight hours, including 1,000 instructional hours. Qualifications

• Hold a valid Flight Instructor Rating endorsed by the GCAA or equivalent.
• Minimum CPL (Commercial Pilot License) with GCAA validation.
• At least 1,500 total flight hours, with a minimum 1,000 instructional hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ground and flight training for ab initio student pilots.
• Deliver pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ flying performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with GCAA regulations.
