Job summary

A premier aviation training institution in Fujairah is seeking a Flight Instructor to conduct ground and flight training for beginner pilots. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Flight Instructor Rating and have a minimum of 1,500 flight hours, including 1,000 instructional hours. Responsibilities include delivering briefings and evaluating performance, ensuring adherence to training regulations. Qualifications

• Hold a valid Flight Instructor Rating endorsed by the GCAA or equivalent.
• Minimum CPL (Commercial Pilot License) with GCAA validation.
• At least 1,500 total flight hours, with a minimum 1,000 instructional hours.

• Deliver pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Conduct ground and flight training for ab initio (beginner) student pilots.
• Deliver pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ flying performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure all training is conducted in accordance with the approved syllabus and GCAA regulations.
• Maintain accurate student training records and logs.

Job Requirements

• Hold a valid Flight Instructor Rating endorsed by the GCAA or equivalent.
• Minimum CPL (Commercial Pilot License) with GCAA validation.
• Must have completed an approved Flight Instructor Course.
• At least 1,500 total flight hours, with a minimum 1,000 total instructional hours.
• ELP (English Language Proficiency) Level 4 minimum (Level 5 preferred).
• Strong knowledge of aviation fundamentals and instructional techniques.
• Ability to work with entry-level students.
