Job summary

ASM in Dubai is hiring a professional Flight Dispatcher to join its Flight Operations Team. This is a permanent position, reporting to the Operation Manager and operating on a shift pattern.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid Flight Dispatcher license, have 3+ years’ experience, and be proficient in flight planning, overflying/landing permits and slots, plus ground handling services. English fluency is essential for this role, with a degree in Aviation or related fields preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Flight Dispatcher license required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Flight Dispatcher.
• Experience in flight planning, overflying/landing permits and slots.
• Experience in ground handling services.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Business, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent (desirable).
• Experience with PPS and Jeppesen Software (desirable).
• Certifications in Performance, Weight and Balance (desirable).

Essential Criteria

• Valid Flight Dispatcher License
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Flight Dispatcher role
