Job summary

Restore Talent Solutions in Dubai seeks an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to lead and expand fleet operations across the UAE.

You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, build corporate client relationships, monitor market trends, and collaborate with marketing, aftersales, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Travel across the UAE is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in automotive sales with a focus on fleet or B2B segments.
• Strong understanding of UAE automotive market dynamics and corporate fleet operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE and hold a UAE driving license.

Responsibilities
