Job summary

Petit Forestier Group in Dubai is seeking a Fleet Operator (M/F) to join our team. You will manage daily fleet operations, coordinate maintenance, support clients, and ensure all vehicles are compliant and operational.

This role requires a proactive, organized, client-focused approach and the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles. The successful candidate will have UAE driving experience and a solid understanding of RTA processes, vehicle registrations, and fleet documentation, with

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet operations and management is preferred.
• Proficient English and Hindi communication skills.
• Valid UAE manual driving license is mandatory.
• Knowledge of UAE traffic rules, RTA processes, registrations, and fleet documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fleet operations and monitor performance.
• Respond to client calls, inquiries and service requests.
• Coordinate vehicle breakdowns and provide timely support.
• Plan movements for RTA passes, inspections, registrations and permits.
• Drive fleet vehicles as required and maintain accurate departure/return reports.
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, inspections and activities.
• Schedule periodic and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with workshop/maintenance teams on repairs and availability.
• Ensure fleet documents, registrations, insurance and permits are up to date.
• Prepare regular fleet reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Identify issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Ensure safety standards and regular fleet inspections are followed.
• Manage accident repairs, vehicle recovery and insurance-related tasks.
