Shipa Delivery, a fast-growing digital last-mile logistics provider in the UAE, is seeking a Finance Manager to own the complete financial cycle and partner with senior management. The role emphasizes strategic finance, monthly close, budgeting, and strong cross‑functional collaboration.

Fluency with AI tools for finance is a plus, and you will interact with Delivery Assistants and other teams to optimize operations and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics and supply chain management.
• At least 2 years of fleet management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in logistics and ecommerce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete financial cycle of our business.
• Set strategy and manage daily operations.
• Perform monthly close and management reporting.
• Budgeting, audit, and day‑to‑day AP/AR.
• Be the key interface between business units and senior management.
• Lead coordination with other teams and departments.
• Report relevant matters to management.
• Provide leadership and daily support to Delivery Assistants.
• Address and resolve operational issues or concerns.
• Consistently engage with Delivery Assistants to ensure shipments meet SLAs.
• Ensure Delivery Assistants follow client SOPs to prevent escalations.
• Plan optimized delivery routes for efficient service.
• Monitor daily fleet operations and prepare performance reports.
