Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services is seeking a Finance Assistant Manager in Dubai to oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The role also covers accounts payable/receivable, payroll, GL, and cash flow management in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of finance experience, strong IFRS knowledge, and hands-on Oracle with advanced Excel, ready to drive cost optimization and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting experience in freight forwarding/logistics or multinational services.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, VAT, and internal controls.
• Hands-on Oracle experience and advanced Excel; ability to present to non-finance stakeholders.

Job Description

• Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Ledger, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, audits, tax regulations, and corporate financial policies.
• Drive financial analysis, process improvements, cost optimization, and finance-related system or business improvement projects.
