Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Spa Therapist experience is a plus, ideally in award-winning establishments.
• Must graduate of an Accredited School with a massage, facial, and manicure/pedicure license or a combination license.
• Understanding of spa industry software is a plus.
• Must follow local and corporate policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates proactive, self-motivated approach to deliver exceptional spa services.
• Performs treatments to the highest standards of professionalism and guest comfort.
• Maintains impeccable cleanliness and organisation of spa areas and suites.
• Reports any equipment issues to the Spa Manager to ensure a premium guest experience.
• Manages inventory of supplies for treatment rooms and uses only premium products.
